I love to cook, and spend a great deal of my time researching new ideas. In fact, for most of my time, I cook and invite my friends over to give me their critiques. I started traveling and learning more about international food. I became proficient in several types of cooking and realized that cooking could be fun. Eating real food was really fun. And gaining confidence as a home chef. That was life changing!
